Terms and Conditions

Rental Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement: Renters must be at least 21 years old. Certain vehicle categories may have higher age requirements.

2.2 Driver’s License: Renters must present a valid driver’s license held for at least one year. International renters must provide a valid international driving permit.

2.3 Payment Method: A valid credit card in the renter’s name must be provided at the time of rental for security deposit and payment purposes.

Rental Period

3.1 Duration: The rental period is specified in the rental agreement. Extensions must be requested and approved by BDS Car Rental.

3.2 Late Return: A late fee will be charged for vehicles returned after the agreed-upon time. The fee will be calculated based on the hourly rate.

Vehicle Condition and Use

4.1 Inspection: Renters must inspect the vehicle for any pre-existing damage before taking possession. Any damage must be reported to BDS Car Rental.

4.2 Prohibited Use: The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, off-road driving, towing, racing, or any activity that could cause damage.

4.3 Maintenance and Repairs: Renters must not perform any repairs on the vehicle. Any required maintenance must be reported to BDS Car Rental immediately.

Insurance and Liability

5.1 Insurance Coverage: The rental rate includes basic insurance coverage. Additional coverage options are available for purchase.

5.2 Accidents and Damage: Renters are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. In case of an accident, renters must report it to BDS Car Rental and the local authorities immediately.

5.3 Liability: Renters are liable for any loss or damage to the vehicle up to the full value, unless additional insurance coverage is purchased.

Fuel Policy

6.1 Fuel Level: The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. A refueling fee will be charged if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.

Additional Drivers

7.1 Approval: Additional drivers must be approved by BDS Car Rental and meet the same requirements as the primary renter.

7.2 Liability: The primary renter is responsible for ensuring that all additional drivers comply with these terms and conditions.

Reservations and Cancellations

8.1 Reservation Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed once a deposit is received by BDS Car Rental.

8.2 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours before the rental period will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental period will incur a cancellation fee.

Personal Belongings

BDS Car Rental is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle. Renters should ensure they remove all personal items upon returning the vehicle.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of Casablanca.

Amendments

BDS Car Rental reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying renters.
